A blog, but unlike the others…

The challenge: provide a jargon-free insight into your research in less than four minutes! The link below is for something I recorded a few weeks ago for the Viva Voce Podcast website. I heard about it shortly after submitting my doctorate and starting this blog, so the timing was ideal. It was set up by Gemma Sou at Manchester (who submitted her thesis this week, well done!) and is a really interesting way of making your work public. It can also provide a teaser to people who might want to know more.

I thought about pasting the original text here, but that obviously undermines the point. So sit back and enjoy my syrupy tones (!) and fascinating research…
